Choosing between them

Theth has more to do if you are staying put: the waterfall, the blue pool, the canyon and the tower are all within walking distance of the village.

Valbonë is the better valley to look at and the quieter place to stay, and reaching it by the Koman ferry is half the point.

Most people do both, walking one way and moving luggage by road.
